Nicky did a fab job of recommending the perfect destination for what we wanted from our holiday. She completely nailed what we were looking for, recommended great hotels and activities and all the details were sorted. Will definitely ask Nicky to book holidays in the future!

Nicky has a wealth of experience and knowledge and the personalized service that she offers is the reason we rely on her to book our holidays. So far she has arranged holidays for us to New York, Bali, Crete and Egypt twice as well as booking our transfers, airport overnight stays and car parking each time. We can't recommend her enough and often do to our family and friends and our daughter and her fiance have also booked their stunning honeymoon through her. Nicky organised my honeymoon for 2 and half weeks in South Africa / Mauritius in August 2023. To say we have been completely blown away by both what she organised but also her customer service throughout the trip. We have just returned from our first ever family cruise booked by Nicky. The personalised service we received was wonderful. Nicky really knows her stuff and went out of her way to find out what we really wanted out of our holiday and then made the best recommendations, and explained everything we needed to know/do! Simply amazing! If I could give more stars I would without hesitation.We booked our Honeymoon through Nicky having been recommended her by family and we couldn’t have asked for better service.We had some issues with our original honeymoon but Nicky was at hand to solve the situation for us. She put forward various options and helped us endlessly to ensure we still have the honeymoon we always dreamed about. Even though there was a cancellation involved Nicky still went above and beyond to ensure we don’t lose the money we paid already. Spoke with the airline and hotel and agreed to postpone our original plan when we should have paid a 70% cancellation fee.She then organised our Honeymoon to the Maldives and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure our flights, sea plane transfers, stays were all sorted before we got there so we had nothing to do but enjoy our time.We will not hesitate coming back and recommending Nicky to everyone possible.
