Driver refuses to deliver to our office because there are some works going on outside, even though it's fully possible to drive in and turn etc. They mark it down as no one was home" Multiple times now. Everyone else can drive in

Due a parcel today from Vodafone. Said the delivery would be between 8am and 6pm today and I would receive updates via text or email. No updates. No delivery. Bad business.

More times have issues than praise, between having a parcel delivered and one carded at the same time for no one. Parcels not delivered as no one in, more like don't want to do the stairs. Lied to by the regional office when assured a parcel would be delivered and it is not. Joke of a courier

Extremely poor service yet again.Paid for next day and app says it will be delivered today and now on the live chat I'm told it won't be here today I have now to wait to Monday!! Disgraceful service. Companies should stop using this service it's a shambles. It's a shame I had to give them even 1 star

One of the worst customer service calls I have had, pretty much told me its my fault that i didnt receive parcel while waiting on the directed time and that i should do better next time? i pay for your service that you fail to do and yet blame the customer

I wasn't home when i was supposed to have an item delivered to me.Very next day without even phone call to depot in Mallusk i went there first thing in the morning and two young workers who were there served me my item without any hassle whatsover. I absolutely loved their attitude towards customers. So easy to deal with. Definitely recommend to come here for collection if delivery man missed you in the house. Good job in the depot folks.

Efficient easy to track parcels backed by a good team long may it continue must point out there seems to be a northern ireland system and an English system with parcels in transit important to check both
