It was an absolute pleasure to work with Laura who helped me design a bespoke engagement ring for my now fiancé Vicki, I decided to have CAD drawings of the ring designed before proposing with a wax model as well as one of the ring packs so Vicki had something to wear on the day and could then have some input into the final design. The ring looks amazing and surpassed Vicki's expectations even from the CAD drawings :)We can't wait to work with Laura again to design our wedding bands - can't recommend the bespoke service enough!

Laura was amazing during the whole process and really listened what we needed and then guided us accordingly. The ring was absolutely stunning and as it was a complete surprise we were extra nervous on how it would be received but it turned out perfectly and my sister adores it. Thank you Laura!!

In the beginning with the one to one, Laura got to understand who the engagement ring was for, what their style was, their personality, how we met, if there were any plans on the engagement so they could work to a timeframe that would allow plans to go ahead.Laura, Nicola and the team were not only extremely professional and delivered a range of designs to an incredibly high standard, they were also extremely personable, warm and understanding throughout the design stages where ideas were blended, slight tweaks and adjustments were made until we were all happy with the finished design.Communication throughout was clear, concise and all handled at a fast pace as we were against the clock. It genuinely felt like the team were invested in the project and you could feel everyone’s excitement grow throughout the journey of the bespoke ring being made.When it came to guidance and advise on the ring, Laura provided not only the correct methods and equipment to use when choosing the ring size but also the design of the ring itself, I started off by not knowing what the final ring would look like but by picking the incremental detail out of the heap of information I provided her with the final product was even more beautiful than I could of ever hoped for.I can not imagine or recommend going through this process with any other designer as the team became a part of our engagement story as much as the engagement itself. Laura was an absolute pleasure to ‘work’ with on the design of my wedding ring.
