I booked using a Groupon voucher but unfortunately there was a mix up with the time of my appointment so I ended up arriving late. I was so impressed with how they handled it however. They still fit me with only a short wait and the service was the best I’ve ever received. Such an impressive wax! So professional. I have booked to go back and will be using this salon often I’m sure.

I’m always feeling welcome. The staff is great, professional and they have an extra care and attention to details. Also very clean. I definitely recommend it!

I’ve enjoyed the 02 lymphatic pressotherapy massages and I recommend it! Very pleasant staff, Khatera and Addie were particularly lovely!

Usually go to the London Tanning & Beauty in Swiss Cottage, but went to the Knightsbridge one today as it is closer to my houseI went on for 10 minutes at a cost of £20. The sunbeds are more expensive in Knightsbridge (I assume because of the location) and are definitely not as good as the Swiss Cottage location. In fact, they are not good at all!I will not be returning.

Love the staff at this place!! They are always nice and as warm as their tanning devices! Price is decent considering that is located in one of the most expensive areas in London, surrounded by top luxury boutiques. I highly recommend this place to people who hate pretentious beauty saloons.Ps; Dina is the the best !!!

The best waxing salon in the whole world. Not kidding! I’ve been to salons all over the world because I travel a lot and this is the only one I’ve ever been to more than once. I come back every month because they are amazing. Even if I move to the other side of London I will still come all the way here for my wax. Could not recommend this place more. They are super friendly, very skilled, love what they do, and the amount of care and attention they give to their customers is amazing. They have set the standard so high.
