Very good, guy at the counter (green top hair) went out of his way to help me find the right vape for me, I got there at 3 minutes to 4 and he still helped me even though they had technically closed, will definitely be using these guys from now on

Robin and Dan have a very successful business here in Bicester,they are very helpful and nothing is ever too much for them,they stock a very wide range of juices,mods,atomisers,you name it and they’ve got it,if not,they will order it in for you,we use vaping not smoking shop in deans court every week and always have a regular order of peppermint e -juice and replacement coils for our aspire k3 tanks.We always have a good chat with Robin or Dan,and a good laugh with them,we feel real good valued customers,just the same as all other customers feel,well done Robin and Dan.

Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend it especially if you dont know what you are looking for. They are very helpful and they have a loyalty card perk too.

Excellent service and product knowledge, unfortunately my mod broke after 3 months but they sent it away and got it fixed for me, so can't fault them.
