This is a product review only as the installation was spot on by the installers.Polyroof warranty always replied and sent out inspectors.I was over the moon with the product initially.Installation was tidy and looked fantastic on my balcony great colour and antislip.1 year later the product looks 10 years old in places.l2 years later it looks even more tired.I have an area which has come away from the base causing an air bubble, I was told it's where my gutter drips onto the roof. No solution was offered.The antislip beads consistently are coming loose and scratching into the top coat.I've had to have 2 repairs due to large lbird poo.(repaired by the installer)The repairs were not what i wanted, but we came to a compromise, I as refused to have repair patches on the focal point of my house after 1 year of being down.After bird poos landed on the sufcare they baked on and pulled away from the top coat leaving large blisters.Luckily I can see my roof on a daily basis.I recommend checking the condition of your roof regularly.I have no regrets using the product it's water tight and was the best solution for my property, that being said, its not a miracle product and looks OK.I'd be very careful using this in an area of constant view if you're looking for a cosmetically pleasing product, I'd cover it up ASAP.18 years warranty left, I'll be very surprised if it can last this long.Every warranty claim made, was been met by a polyroof products colleague coming to the property and going through the process, can't fault the responses from Polyroof, only the products quality.

We had a Polyroof on our extension a couple of years ago and it is still fantastic. The guys doing the roof were very reliable and respectful of our property. The roof itself looks great and has kept us happily watertight. Polyroof are an awesome company, my initial enquiry was dealt with promptly by a lovely member of staff, a 20 year guarantee is such an awesome bonus too!!!

After sales and service second to none , Darren has been and fixed minor problems a few times .Products are good and 20 year guarantee still honoured after 11 years so far .

Be aware the much vaunted 20 year guarantee covers only the waterproof surface and its patching if it leaks. Although claiming all Polyroof installers are selected and trained by Polyroof the guarantee does not cover any defects in the laying of the decking or failure to ensure adequate ventilation carried out by these installers.

Stereo typing

If you are in Ireland - stay well away from using Polyroof - would give a zero star rating if I could. We had our roof waterproofed using Polyroof Protech system in 2011. It absolutely failed and resulted in 2 and a half sides (render, fibreboard insulation & some of the frame) and the roof of our house (new build at the time) having to be replaced in 2019/20 at full cost to us (>€100k). Polyroof did NOTHING to stand over their product. A representative of Polyroof in NI consulted on the project initially and Global Trading in RoI supplied the product and training(???!!!) to the house builders who applied it. Shameful how they walked away from any meaningful engagement to remedy the issues caused by their product and its application. Attached are some photos - one of the roof in 2013 and the others show damage that was caused to roof layers and wall joists uncovered in 2019. Rebuilt roof recovered with Firestone EDPM - no problems with it (so far!).

Advertises as a shop ? I called in to buy the product but they don't have a shop. Its a factory.

Alright I guess,it's where I work. Not gonna wax lyrical about it! Haha!
