I’ve got a viewing appointment at 16:30 and received a call on 16:29 saying the tenants hasn’t allowed the viewing for today abd they are very sorry for the short notice and the inconvenience and as a compensation they will arrange a viewing for the next day. On the next day, on my way for the viewing, I called them to double check for the viewing when they told me the property has been gone.Poor communication, unprofessional management and unacceptable behavior
