What a terrible company to deal with. Bought a fire off them 15 years ago and now they tell me that it is obsolete and they cannot service it for me as they cannot get any spare parts for it. The woman who I spoke to, obviously couldn't care less. Awful customer service, I certainly will never buye a Legend fire again!!!

Appalling customer service from the sales director. Hopefully her staff do not follow her example.For clarity, I approached Legend fires after having purchased one of their fires through an approved retailer. When the fire arrived, it looked completely different to the one selected from Legend's brochure. When challenged, the retailer advised that, unbeknown to me, there were two versions of the fire and he had ordered the one not shown in the brochure. His stance was that if I wanted the version shown in the brochure then I would have to pay another £80 for a new fascia. I felt let down by him not explaining when I ordered the fire but he refused to assist without further payment. I therefore contacted Legend by email explaining the above, so my approach is there to see in black and white, and spoke to their sales director. Her stance was that it was the retailers genuine error but as my contract is with them she will not help, as why should her business lose money for someone else's mistake. The retailers problem is that Legend will not take returns from him, albeit that the fret and frame were brand new and undamaged. I then advised her that if it had not been for the ambiguity in the brochure then I wouldn't have needed it to be explained to me by their approved retailer, so I believed that Legend were also part of the problem, expecting her to accept the return from the retailer and I would pay the difference. There was however a flat refusal, and I'm guessing that you would agree that whilst trying to get her on side it is highly unlikely that I would be threatening or abusive as implied by her response. Indeed, the threat" that I believe she says that I have made is my advice to her that if she could not see or accept the ambiguity in the brochure that has misled me

I bought the Evora remote modular coal peeble chrome finish fire from Legend fires just had it fitted had fire from 1/11/22 it's getting the fitter that took so long. Fire is lovely thought it would have been the round peebles but its still a lovely fire, highly recommend to all.

Had a problem getting my order delivered due to stock issues with one of the elements. Had already delayed my fitter once to a date which my retailer assured me would be ok. As we got to within 5 days of the new date I got in touch with Legend direct. Jack came up with an alternative and the fire arrived at 9.30am 2 days later. He was extremely helpful, for which I can't praise him enough. Fire looks great.
