Placed few orders in the past, always arrived on time. You have to pay for the royal mail 1st class" to make your shipment "express" and I always received my orders within 2 days time frame

Ordered yesterday morning, made the payment. Still no confirmation of purchase nor payment. The money has gone out of my bank account. Sent chat message and email asking for contact - no success. Chose them only for their so called express service". Never again"

Very bad customer service. Firstly they've sent me different product without even asking me if I'm ok with it, and secondly when I've tried send them emails, I've never got any reply back. Avoid!

Avoid!!! For the second time an item didn’t arrived!Fair enough they gave me my money back previously but now nothing! I’ve sent an email and no response! Absolutely time and money wasters!

My order got lost. No tracking details provided and £27.99 vanished.Two emails to apteka 247 not answered, nobody picks up the phone. Yet when low reviews appears on google, suddenly they promptly respond.

Worst experience ever. I get my parcel just after more than 3 weeks! Every time when I tried to ask them where is my parcel, they all the time lying! Every time give different dates when they send the parcel. I have been asking for proof, they never send proof for me that they send my parcel. I think people buying medicine not without reason, and 3 week delivery for medicine which you need, is too long! Not recommended for anybody! Unless you want keep asking for parcel...

Ordered a medicine on 10th October and transferred the money to their bank account on same day. Still haven't received the medicine. Status shows payment pending. Tried to contact them through mail, chat and calls. No response. Seems it's a online scam.
