Served by a young chap this evening in-store; despite being new, he showed brilliant customer service, charisma and was easy to talk to.He maintained a good conversation, whilst efficiently preparing multiple items from my order simultaneously AND in a very timely manner - a skill that you can tell comes natural, rather than learned.I didn't catch your name, but you know who you are - very enjoyable experience after finishing a long shift at work and wanting to get home - and most importantly, the food was good!

Since Karen has been in charge the food service and business in general has gone from a 0* to 5*The quality of the food as well the staff has been ramped right up! Karen’s ability as a manager and as a people’s person is unmatched and I would say she is wasted here as she could certainly go further as she knows her stuff.Subway should do all they can to hold on to her as she is their saviour in this shop!

Awful in pretty much every way, how this place is still running is beyond me.Staff lack any training or even common sense for that matter, often looking at you once they FINALLY processed your order with a look of look what I managed to accomplish"Their product knowledge is non existent

Used to be one of the better subways, now very average. Constantly understaffed, nearly always a queue and never more than one member of staff to be seen during peak hours. Not sure if management has changed or company policy but consistently having to wait 20+ mins because there simply isn't enough staff is off-putting. Usually I see people walk out getting bored of queueing. Food is ok, sometimes things are forgotten but usually not too big a deal.

This is the reason I do not like eating out. I told the woman wearing a face mask around her chin not her mouth and nose what what I wanted then I told her the second sandwich I wanted going on to only make the second sandwich and completely forgetting the first. After this was sorted I had a current deal voucher for 2 6-inCh sub meals for £6.79 , automatically gave me 2 drink cups I said I want two coffees please she then tells me coffee is not included in the deal when I clearly told her it was even on the back of the voucher it's stated a hot drink I told her this and still refused the coffee she tried to charge me for two separate drinks I have no idea how people are given jobs when t. vigorously at this chain I was served by a young guy who was super nice and made a perfect transaction .Giving two stars only because sandwich was hot

I visit this subway 3 times a week as I’m staying down here for work.The lady I see most times I go is one of the friendliest staff I have ever meet in a subway store . She always greets me with politeness and happiness.The store is always clean to a high standard and always takes pride in making sure I have a nice salad box to eat for dinnerSubway should recognise what a great employee they have in this store and will be visiting it many more times in the future.

Popped in at the weekend as was passing. New young girl started to work there as manager - really keen, friendly and made you feel welcome. Explained window being replaced soon but got the impression she wants to make a real go of it - so hope it works out for her. Loved her enthusiasm and look forward to stopping by when everything as it should be.
