Called in today with a puncture with my family in the car , asked if they could assist us , told me they were too busy with a MOT , sat for an hour then the guy came out and told us to move our car from the front area of garage because they were closing , we had to drive the car from their yard with a flat tyre on the rim so they could close the gates and they left us stranded, we sat for four hours after that waiting for assistance from a recovery firm
