BIG C 100 Desserts Cafe

Pricey, small but the desserts were good. Ginger milk dessert could really taste the ginger the spheres something was pleasantly not too sweet.If it was not so expensive, I would have given 4.5 stars

i got the chinese crepe and taiyaki octopus balls. The crepe was really nice and big. The balls were a bit too sweet as he did put a lot of sauce but still nice. There was only one man working so you had to wait a bit but it wasn’t too long plus you got to see him make it which was really nice.

A nice small shop in an alley in central london. The service was slow, since there was only one person taking the order. But the food was alright, plus I got the combo meal, which had the Takoyaki and taro bubble tea for 5 pounds. So In terms of price it was alright. Definitely worth a try once, and make up your mind as to whether youd go visit again.

I found the taste of the mango and grass jelly drink to be vastly different from what I expected. Instead, the taste and smell of plastic are the strongest. I felt like I had burnt plastic in my mouth. I've never experienced anything like it. Stronger than bleached plastic water bottles. My sister and I were afraid that the taste might do something to our health. However, the guy in the shop was cute.It is unprofessional to use the pandemic as an excuse to explain why the food tastes so bad. Perhaps find a better manager. It would be better to go to another dessert store since this one is trash. Don't waste your money.It looks aesthetic and is great for pictures, but usually there are a lot of people waiting outside so it will be awkward to take a selfie there.They have terrible desserts and the portions are so tiny. It's diabolical there. I've been there twice, and it's horrendous both times. And have one guy do every dessert at your shop? The poor guy is in a terrible situation. Going back is not an option.

The dessert is tasty and there are lots of variety on the menu, the price is reasonable, I would recommend this cafe if only talking about food. But this cafe is quite small, we had 5 adults and 1 child and the table is very small and squashed to fit 6 of us. I didn’t see a bigger table there. When asked if we could sit upstairs as there might have more spaces, the waiter replied brutely that we couldn’t, it wasn’t opened! I would say the service wasn’t very impressed in this cafe.

This place has such authentic flavors in desserts and drinks! Not sure why it has such a low rating.I got the super fruit tea with boba and it was DELICIOUS. Words can’t describe how refreshing it was on a hot summer day! I got both black and white boba, along with passion fruit seeds. After the tea was finished, the cashier gave me a fork to pick out the fresh watermelon, kiwi, and strawberries. Super impressed with this drink.My friend got the Durian Milk Oolong Tea with black boba, she loved it too! Its rare to find durian flavor on the menus, so we were absolutely thrilled with our choices.After lunch, I will be coming back for more desserts.I see that many reviews complained about the service. Being a Mandarin speaker, I was able to communicate directly with the staff. I can understand if others can get frustrated. However, the product should speak for itself, absolutely delicious !

Absolutely a disappointment. The store is not to big. I had to wait for a while and stood up to get the waiter’s attention to order my food. The taro glass jelly came out and looked quite nice, but it turned out to be one of the most disgusting food I had ever put into my mouth in my entire 20-year lifespan. The lotus seeds seemed to be super frozen. The jelly and the coconut water were tasteless. The taro had the same texture as that of cardboard. It was so bad, so disastrous that I could not even finish it. What made it even worse was that it cost me £9.50 for that horrible bowl of dessert, but that was not even the worst thing. When I asked for the bill, I found out that they charged 12.5% for service fee. That was completely insane given that there was so service at all, not to mentioned the terrible food. I wish I could give this 0/5 but Google can only offer me 1/5 as the lowest. Highly recommend you NOT to eat here and TURN AROUND as soon as possible if you are thinking of coming inside this dessert place! There are lots of other places around in London Chinatown that are way more worth your time and money.

We were attracted to this place which was practically obscured by bubble tea customers in the alley, when we saw through the glass front what was being cooked.I particularly liked the crepes.And loved the pork buns which are competitively priced.The café serves Chinese Street food and does some good deals of snacks and bubble tea packages.Some seating are available upstairs over the kitchen.The prawn balls were a bit disappointing (only a tiny shrimp in egg mould).I didn't try the octopus balls in fear of not getting much out of it.Great place for quick snacks. But for the crepes I would still try Lemon Tree next door.
