When it first opened it was good but something has seriously gone wrong. Took ages for food. Then server argued that the drink was the correct one until showed him receipt but he still wasn't polite but got correct drink. Burger looked like it had been thrown together.

Best maccys I have had in ages. Baking hot chips, burgers were built properly and didn't drip sauce everywhere. Really was spot on

Pretty empty this morning, so nice and quiet, no loud intrusive music, easy to order via the self service machine, quick delivery by the servers, all good!

Ordered food , asked to redeem points on a product , clearly didn’t know what she was doing at the window as she kept asking then charged me full price, went to second window to be told card declined , no mention of this before.Told supervisor she might need more training to be told she is trained, clearly not if she can’t do a simple task.

At the start whem it opened, this was a really nice place to go and get fresh food. But recently the chips have started to become over done, and the burgers are dry as hell. It's like biting into cardboard at times.

All the manaher was interested in was his stats, completed and then deleted the orders even though they were not ready, definitely not fast food

Went to buy a large pepperoni pizza but realised Mcdonalds didnt sell pizzas anymore unlike the 1980s. There was a young worker called Rylan and he was a a nice gentleman who brought me my food quickly and politely. Very impressed.
