I had an Amazon van hit my car and make it underivable and this company were called to recover my car.I was quite annoyed as I’d been waiting for recovery for 5 hours (NOT THE FAULT OF MENNELL) Staff from Mennell called me and updated me of time ofArrival, they answered all my questions and even handled my being angry very well.

Broke down, called Mennell Motors to come and recover me and my car, 20 minutes later, and they were putting my car on a trailer. Prompt service, they even had a look to see what could be wrong, highly recommend

Took my car in for an MOT, got me booked me in the last minute, and i have to say they gave brilliant service. Would recommend if you are in or around Malton.

Just been rescued by Mennel Recovery, absolutely awesome service. Our Mercedes broke down, got us to nearest town to get a new part and then fitted for us . Had us back on the road in under one hour. Huge thank you, let us continue our holiday free of drama.

Absolutely amazing service down from John who was on the phone organising the pickup to Tony who went above and beyond and brought us all the way back home to Liverpool to save dropping us off at a service station and then waiting for another pick up truck.Thank you so much for being so compassionate in a stressful situation. Cannot recommend Mennell Motors high enough! Unfortunately, after hitting a pothole, my partner and I found ourselves in a ditch while travelling to Whitby, After ringing round a few local garages Mennell Motors were able to recover our Ford Transit Connect van, drag us out of the ditch and took us to their yard to look at getting us on our way. The damage was more extensive than originally thought and the amazing team put us at ease and most importantly gave us options! They offered us several different solutions and made an amazing cup of tea! A massive thank you to the team as we were over a 100 miles from home and could have been stranded.The repairs were made quickly, economically and with a friendly and professional manner. If they weren't 2 counties over, I would use them for all my repairs!

Excellent Service on a recent recovery when a spring went on my car recovered from near Flamingoland to Middlesbrough wonderful kind and pleasant young man who made a difficult situation painless and pleasant for me an older lady. A great ambassador for your company 100% would recommend.
