After a failure with our old boiler we were advised to get it replaced and we found a local firm, Synergy Heat, on the net. We are an elderly couple and were assured by Louis that it would be a 2-day job with minimum disruption. The pleasant team arrived on time and worked very efficiently, completing the job midway through the second day. We couldn't be more impressed by this friendly family firm and will not hesitate to recommend them.Our new combi boiler is working perfectly.

Had 3 radiators replaced with new ones supplied by Neat Heat Services. They arranged for the old radiators to be collected along with the empty packaging on the same day and all went very smoothly. The two plumbing engineers arrived on time and did an excellent job with minimum disruption and were very friendly helpful and efficient.Made sure everything was working properly before they left and we were very impressed with the service efficiency of the whole team. well done!

Brilliant service from Neat Heat, Louis came & quoted to replace an existing old boiler, he was very knowledgeable & he gave me some good advice and the price was very competitive.Niall & tony did a excellent job of replacing my old boiler and radiators for a new combi boiler, they were friendly & hard working, they cleaned up after themselves.I wouldn't hestitate to recommend Neat heat & I will certainly be using them again in the future.

Had an annual boiler, cylinder and gas fire service from Neat Heat. Everything was done quickly and effectively and they tidied up after themselves. We always use these guys as they are such a safe pair of hands, I highly recommend them.

NeatHeat responded same day when my elderly mother was left without hot water and heating due to frozen pipes affecting her boiler. Subsequently used them for a routine boiler service. Excellent communication throughout and very professional service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Last year I called Neat Heat Services for a full maintenance, power flush, install a Magnaclean filter and change some TRVs. All works was carried out professionally. Following that an annual boiler service was done by Neat Heat yesterday in Jan 2023. Again I am pleased with the friendly professional service received especially from Louis and Niall.
