Wolverhampton Homes

I moved out of one their properties about 9 months ago. Notified them where I was moving to. No contact from them. I recently moved address again and rang them to get some dates, after getting the information I was after was told that I still owed some rent. I said I was willing to settle the bill and provided them with my details. The call centre was totally unprofessional, they never logged my details correctly and actually sent a debt recovery letter to the wrong address(previous address). Not the address I provided on phone call.While I was a tenant with them it took them an eternity to get basic repairs done. Faulty heating and broken drafty windows in the worst of winter, phoned several times to chase up repairs, only to be fobbed off that they waiting on contractors. ( Not a good way to treat a vulnerable person). I had to get an MP involved who was on Wolverhampton homes board of directors to sort it out. 2 days later all my repairs were done.WOLVERHAMPTON HOMESYou should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves.If you want your rent contact me on number I provided.Don't rent a home with Wolverhampton homes.I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
