The stuff it’s rude and disrespectful. The manager it’s awful!

wouldnt even give it a one. sam the manager is an absolute waste of space. instead of reading a script an giving a load of rubbish about policy they want to try good customer service skills to loyal customers. myself an all my family members are all on ee an will now be leaving after being loyal customers for over 15 years. if a phone is faulty you should refund it no point repairing a phone with a common fault. talk about the customer is always right. very rude an very unhelpful. avoid!!!

It was time for me to upgrade my phone, the young man who helped me to choose was most helpful and friendly, spent almost an hour, I'm very happy with the service he gave, wish I'd got his name. Thanks so much, I will be going in tomorrow to pick up my new phone.

Excellent customer service.The store manager Rhianna couldnt of helped me any more.Got me the best deal on my phone and contract package.Upgraded my contract and I've brought the S3 LTE watch which I can collect locally SAME DAY.Thank you to the Northfield EE branch

Disgraceful behaviour towards an elderly and vulnerable older lady who was sold an expensive tablet on a 2 year credit agreement. She has no use for it and can't use it but after only two days they refuse to take it back.

Only one staff in the store was willing to assist. Thanks to the Rasta/ plait hair male. Appreciate your help. Keep it up!

Some of the best staff have gone, they keep leaving. Says a lot about this franchise store. They try to sell you things that you dont need or want, obvious that this tactic is coming from management and company owners

Seemed like pressure sell to sign up to a contract which I didn't want. Only came in to switch a phone number from a lost SIM card to a new one, which they were unable to do because they didn't have the password" for the system
