I have an E bike and wanted the lights activating on the Bosch system. The retailer that I bought it from didn’t want to help. I found Richardson Cycles on the Bosch app and couldn’t be more pleased that I did. Simon was very helpful knowledgeable and most of all got the job done. I can’t recommend enough we need to support the smaller bike local shops where we can get good service and not have to rely on big bike chains who don’t care.

Fantastic shop, loads to choose from and very helpful front and back office staff. Mechanic is excellent, providing a thorough service and great explanation of work carried out - does not cut corners. Great value for money too!

First time at a Richardson’s cycle store and I was impressed by the sales persons help and approachable nature. It helped that my son felt very comfortable with him as well. Superb. I have taken my MTB and one of my sons here a number of times for work and always received top quality service and excellent value. I have also bought clothing and parts and been equally pleased. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service and assistance from Simon in the Shop. I purchased an Electric Bike, however, the battery kept failing. Brilliant after sales service. I telephoned the Stamford Shop for assistance. I promise to write Simon a review after a recently looked after me on my Winter Road bike. Within the space of a couple of days Simon took the bike in gave it a once over and mini service and the bike is running as smoothly as it did on the day I bought it.
