Great Customer Service! Probably some of the best times I’ve had!

My daughter has recently moved up to Newcastle to attend Northumbria University.She bought an events package from Voodoo Events, but couldn't collect the wristband at the allotted time at the Student Union, through work.I contacted Darren, the Director at Voodoo Events, who came back to me the same day and my daughter was later able to collect her wristband.Through their great customer service, it was wonderful to be able to sort this, maybe small, but to someone living away from home for the first time, big problem, very quickly.Thanks again Darren and Voodoo Events for looking after your customers so well.
