Bucks Pilates
Been doing pilates with Alice for 7 years. She has seen me through 3 pregnancies, labours and post-partum recoveries and now through Covid with some much-needed me-time. I suffer from back and neck pain and having just done one of her recorded classes I feel like a new woman. Thank you Alice.

Bucks Pilates
I joined the pregnancy classes and really enjoyed them. It was great to have a chat topic each week and the routines varied. Alice was great at making sure she gave everyone attention and checks you are doing ok during the whole session. I will be signing up for more classes now I have had my little one.
