It's Greg's. You know what you're getting. Service is bad though. lots of young, untrained in customer services, staff.

Very friendly staff who are always happy to help. Car park on site and eat in option. Would have been 5 stars but didn't have the advertised travel cup I wanted

It's a Greggs we use regularly. We sit inside with a coffee and cake. The prices are still very competitive which is good. The staff are brilliant. A good place for a coffee.One slight grumble it can be untidy with crumbs on the floor at busy times.

Lovely and clean with a lot of seating inside and out. They have lots of choices too for vegetarians, vegans and other diets

I come to this greggs most days as I work as a community carer. I've come today around 9.35 and was served by Stephen. What an appalling service! I asked if there was any bacon left to which he made a sarcastic comment to which I asked if I could have a bacon roll. Stephen then said no I can't be arsed. I also asked if I could have bacon well done, or as well done as he has and if he could remove any fat from it. I'm also 25 weeks pregnant and can't stomach under cooked/fatty bacon. I got my sandwich and paid. As I got back to my car to eat, I opened the cob to see 3 poor excuses of bacon, well under cooked and still with the fat on. I know he said he can't be arsed but come on! I'm a regular customer I do not expect to be treated like that. I didn't eat my sandwich and I quite frankly wouldn't have fed it to a dog either. With this and the service I don't think I'll be returning again any time soon and will now have to find another sandwich en route IF I even get time for a break. Stephens lack of customer service, wether he's trying to be funny or not has lost this shop a customer and I wonder how many more he's lost them. Fuming.

Recently opened, the place is clean and well laid out with a spacious seating area. Staff are obviously new and still getting to grips with things, so service was a bit slow. But the food is the same quality that you would expect from Greggs with the benefit of it being in a convenient place.

Stephen turned a bad day around! Excellent service :)
