I had heard that Amanda was good at selling houses, but until she sold mine, I had no idea how good. Her level of dedication to selling my house was absolutely incredible. From helping advise me on which rooms to paint and the best colours to use to maximise the space and features of the house to pricing strategies and marketing. Amanda has fantastic communication skills and worked continuously for months being the glue that held the sale together, liaising with me, my solicitor, the buyer and the buyer’s solicitor, thinking of new angles when things became tricky and smoothing out any problems that came up and she achieved above the asking price.
