William and his team fixed the leaking area of my roof. The job has completed as it efficiently and professional, happy with the results.

The worst experience I have ever had with a tradesperson. Job was delayed, then done very badly. When I raised issues, the response was completely unprofessional and payment was repeatedly, forcefully, demanded. A reduced price was only agreed when I made it clear that I knew my legal rights. I have since had the work redone, and there is no doubt that the job done by Basford Roofing was not up to standard. I will spare the detail, but overall a terrible experience, and would recommend you avoid.

William and his team came out. Met with one of my service users who is a vulnerable adult. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was easily affordable for him and that John was happy with what they were doing while they were here. They even waited to collect payment until I visited John again. Very honest and friendly service, can’t recommend them enough.

William and his team were very professional and friendly. They managed to fit me in for a gutter repair within 24 hours. They even took the time to give me advice on a flat roof. I will certainly use them again for future work.

Expensive business, refused to correct tiles even after extensively trying to even prove that the guttering is damages, as they did. Not pipes are leaking

Basford roofing charged me £1300 to fix roof in Oct. After few days of fixing place was worse than before. I tried to call them but no reply, eventually get hold of William. Every day he was saying will come now and even that took time. One day he called that I have done. But again after 2 weeks place leaking. Tried my best to contact William but his phone is off. Will never recommend this roofing services as ripe off. If he cannot do his work he shouldn’t get this job in first place. I paid so much and still place is not fixed.

William was really fast in coming to check problem with our roof. In the end the roof tiles at the top needed pointing. Really impressed with the work carried out. Mark one of William's team - worked really hard making the roof sound - in really hot weather conditions. Plus it's not one of the easiest roofs! Happy with the results. Looks like a new roof. AvoidNot reliable and pushy seller, overpricedWilliam's three workers came the first day and mostly smoked for 4 hours outside my house. The second day a different guy came and did some work (including removing what the guy the day before did)But the issue wasn’t resolved.After the work: When William came to collect the money with some mates, telling me that although his guys did not do much on the first day he still needs to pay them (?!!) and were shouting at me.
