Twice now this company have helped us out with emergency plumbing repairs.Having tried other local companies who couldn’t come out for several days , property solutions were able to come out very quickly, the lady on the phone was friendly and helpful.The guys who came out were both very professional and soon had the problems sorted . This is now our go to company for issues in the future.

Fantastic and knowledgeable plumbers with great sense of humour and fab communication skills. Found the issue with my leaking taps, replaced them and fixed the leaks so efficiently and really quickly and did brilliant job. Really really happy. We called Property 247 Solutions when water started pouring through the kitchen ceiling due, as it turned out, to a corroded pipe in the bathroom. Property 247 Solutions were very transparent about the cost of their emergency repair service up front and I felt the work they did was great value for money. Ben arrived within 20 minutes of me calling and was absolutely brilliant. He worked incredibly quickly to minimise the damage and get it fixed, which was particularly appreciated given that he was on an hourly labour rate!He was really professional, communicating with us really clearly throughout. Based on our experience, I couldn’t recommend more highly.

We have used Property 247 Solutions a number of times now and they has always provided an excellent and honest service and one time recommended us a loss adjuster after we had a huge leak. We have called them mainly for plumbing but also for a gas safety check. Some time ago they were the only ones who could get to my parents' home when they had an emergency. They were also very happy with the service.

Ben was phoned at 10am and asked to repair our broken tap. By 12 noon he’d done so and also dealt with another plumbing issue- very efficient thank you

Called the company and they came out within 2 hours. Very professional service. They could have charged us a lot of money for fixing our toilet but they did not. The engineer explained he wouldn’t be able to fix our macerator but he did help get stuff out that was stuck in it which made it work again. Sounds new. Thank you so much!
