Beware of LISA - She is incredibly rude and has appalling customer service which we did point out to her. We asked to speak with a manager due to her disregard and hostility towards us however we were advised that she did not have a manager. We contacted the company to ask a few simple questions (as expected from customers) and were met with rudeness instead.

My service seems to differ from many others here but then again most people only go online to leave bad reviews rather than positive ones so here's my experience....Samsung booked in these guys to repair my tv, part ordered and booked in for a few days later. I couldn't make that appointment so rang them and they happily moved my booking for 2 days later with no issues.Engineer called me an hour ahead of time as promised, turned up and repaired my tv, guy was really friendly and helpful and replaced my 75 panel in no time.Personally the experience was very good for me and I would highly recommend these guys no problem."

Extremely fast and reliable service the engineer was really lovely and friendly. The job was booked and with plenty of communication when he was coming . Extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Highly recommended .

Opened up a repair with Samsung as my TV had a buzzing sound coming from the internals. To which a repair man came out and replaced a part on my TV. I had 0 problems with this part of the service in fact if this story stopped here they would have got 5*.After the repair man whom said he could clearly hear the sound and that if I could still hear the sound after this repair he had a different part in stock that he could use to try and fix. Day after the repair I could hear the sound again, so I went through Samsung to get these guys to do the other repair as I was happy with the original server and they said they had a part to use already!I get a call from the woman in the office who told me that the sound I was hearing was just the noise of the TV (you could hear this noise over the sound of the TV) and that what the repair man had said was wrong and said there was nothing wrong with the TV. Phone was then put down on me.The previous reviews pretty much tell the same story as mine

Engineer from TeleRadio said one thing to me when standing in my lounge attempting to diagnose the issue with my TV and then another to Samsung support resulting in all sorts of problems.Basically, the man has no morals at all and blatantly lied about what he saw on my TV. When I asked some very reasonable questions to the lady at the office, she put the phone down on me.TeleRadio are dishonest and not to be trusted and my advice is to use them at your peril and only as a very last resort.

Engineer came on time carried out the repair, changed the panel. Was very polite and helpful . What more could you ask? Excellent.

Absolutely appalled by Lisa (who is apparently a manager for your company) her attitude and hostility from the offset was appalling. She did not remain customer focused at all and constantly spoke over me. When I asked to speak to someone else due to her attitude she ended the call on me and also refused to give me her surname so I could log a formal complaint.. avoid like the plague

A so called engineer came out to fix my TV last monday. He had no intention to fix it on site and took my only TV set away to be fixed. 3-4 working days I was told it would take to fix.. We are now on 5 working days and I haven't heard a thing. In total that's 10 days since the TV stopped working. Tried to ring, but engaged every time.. probably with everyone else calling to see where their TV set's are!!!!

Samsung TV faulty within guarantee period. Contacted by this company to come and fix but they can't accommodate working people you have to arrange your life around them. They like to make sure they get most out of engineers so book appointment on least travel distance which is fine but they only give 1 hour notice of time they are going to come. Their systems are more important than customer service. Engineer not been yet so can't comment on whether it is worth the wait for a time I can be there

Awful service, very rude and racist on the phone. Must be tone deaf as couldnt hear that the center channel of my samsung soundbar is like being underwater. The only good part of the service was the gentleman who collected and delivered the soundbar, who heard first hand what the issue was. (They've tried saying that it's 3rd party at fault but when you've used several devices Inc several from samsung all with the same result its obvious what's at fault)
