These guys are great, quick turnaround, extremely knowledgeable. Dave sorted my gears and rear hub earlier than expected. The in store telephone service is very helpful and there is always someone to answer your queries.

Called around all the shops within a 6 mile radius of me in Batley first thing on Friday morning and none could fit me in for for a couple of Tubeless tyres fitting to a new set of carbon rims until Tuesday-Thursday the next week. When I explained to the staff at Sowerby Bros Cycles that id been waiting for the wheels for a month the fitted me in straight away and did the while I waited in the shop. Fantastic service, from as ever very knowledgable staff. Its that kind of service you would go out of your way for and from now on I won't be going to the 4 shops closer to me again!Andy S.

Had a bike fit from Dave. Very knowledgeable and excellent service. In-depth assessment taking over 3 hours. Also fixed a spoke, gave me discount, indexed my gears, straightened my gear mech hanger and made me an excellent coffee! Can’t recommend enough.

Brilliant family run bike shop. Very happy with my recent purchase and I have to say the service and advice provided was excellent. Given the current pandemic and they were very busy, still had the time to ensure I was fully satisfied with my new bike!
