This Burger King is located on the A17 at Sutterton and I thought it had closed down some while ago as there is no signage from the road.I stopped in the car park only to see a person walking out with a BK bag so I though lets give it a go. Inside there are a few tables in a very large space and if you need toilets they are provided in the petrol station nearby.I ordered and the food took a little while but looked to have been cooked to order so worth the wait as both the burger and chips were piping hot. Now I know this place is still open I will probably visit again in the not too distant future.

A run down and dirty building. Toilets not working (Sept 21) Table and chairs stacked up to stop eat in. I suggest avoiding this branch. Leaving the BK, I realised there was a McDs across the road that was clean and had working toliets. Go there instead!

Whopper hot and well cooked, best chips I've ever eaten in a burger king!!! Building let's it down filthy ( lots of rubbish )and overgrown outside. Then in building smelt odd, I'd say dirty toilet smells. So we ate in the car. Toilets in building need a good clean too.

Filthy toilets, the urinal in the gents looked as if it had been leaking its contents for months given the staining on the floor which went through to the hallway outside the gents, dirty toilet bowl, toilet paper all over the floor and washbasins that looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a couple of weeks. The ladies and the disabled toilets were describe by my partner as ''disgusting''. When I complained to the shift manager he told me they were cleaned every night, so therefore only once a day which is much less McDonalds and most cafes etc. Once I produced my phone and they noticed me taking pics in the restaurant they went into the loo to pick op the toilet paper and throw some water on the floor, they even managed to empty one of the overflowing bins. In the restaurant all bar one of the tables were dirty and the all of the bins were full so we sat outside. The car park was full of litter and there were four upturned rodent traps scattered about. I would describe the place as dingy and dirty and wont be going to a Burger King again anytime soon whilst BK management are asleep at the wheel.

Called today ,what a shock .Burger king is not owned by Burger King anymore . Private owners and you can tell it is . Ok the food was perfect ,I’ll list underneath good and bad points .Car park area like a bomb site all overgrown and unkempt. Grass not cut for years .hedges overgrown ,and car park needs sweeping .No toilets inside or outside . Plenty of overgrown bushes ,watch the giant snakes90 minutes only in car park or £100 fine from Burger King owners ,yes they enforce this .Few tables one end otherwise an empty big space .No traysFood excellentTwo nice polite ladies serving .Not the ladies fault it’s the owners who are at fault here , Clean up and tidy up the bomb site cut all hedges ,and grass . Fill the building with tables ,get some trays . Make it more appealing and more people will come to you .No excuses you have lovely staff working for you . I know there are other places opened close by but Burger King was the King once . Start with the car park . Cause I won’t ever call again if you don’t think about the person that’s spending money with you . I know things have doubled by greedy energy companies and food manufacturers, but get your name back by doing a few simple tasks .Then as Arnold says I’ll be back . I apologise for this review but it’s the truth . Remember motivation makes money . Your call. By the way the one in question is at Sutterton roundabout ,on left as you turn towards Kings Lynn behind the petrol station . It’s a lovely spot ,but it could be a lovely spot if you know what I mean . It used to be busy once. Get a skip there ,and I and a couple of other guys will clean it up and cut hedges sweep up . We will give you price to do ....it won’t be millions but it will look nice . Tidy ship brings more aboard. Oh and open up the toilets and more tables . It’s will be a good investment .

I almost can't believe it but the burger looked even better than in the menu photos! Low volume restaurant cooking to order with pleasant staff keeping the indoors clean and well stocked.The carpark and turnoff from the roundabout are less than ideal and likely the cause of the low foot traffic but I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend you stop by if you get the chance.

Just popped in on our way home, and they weren’t busy at all, and they made my meal in under five minutes which was good! Staff were friendly, but this restaurant definitely needs a revamp to the car park and most other things etc. Was quite expensive though, at over £7.00 for my meal! Burger was really nice and fries as good as usual!

The place was a mess, filthy dirty, waited thirty minutes for food which was ok but not great. Never again mo wonder the McDonald's across the road was busy

We thought this place had shut down when we arrived as it looked derelict. No toilets (which I'm sure is illegal). Sparse inside with hardly any tables and just overgrown weeds outside. The staff were friendly enough and the food was just OK but we definitely won't be going back. There's a McDonald's over the road that we visited on our return journey that was busy, clean and I'm not surprised as the amount of people that walked out of Burger King probably went straight over there.
