I was referred to James to deal with neck and shoulder pain and am very pleased with the results of my visits. James was patient, knowledgeable, personable and very good at what he does.Thank you for your help getting me back on track and for all of your advice.I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for physio treatment.

Highly recommend for private physiotherapy. Based in Colchester.I went to see James a few months ago with what felt like a bruised coccyx and lower back pain. His clinic, on the new Northern Gateway site, is clean and easy to get to from the A12. I was certain I hadn't injured my coccyx, rather that I woke up with the symptoms. It was my first time seeing James, so after assessing some of my movements, he quickly identified that it was a deferral of pain from another problem and did a great job of helping me understand what he had uncovered. James went on to explain the cause and prescribing some stretches and exercises that would help. We provisionally booked a follow up with the idea that if the pain had subsided there would be no need to return. There was no need to return as following James' guidance had cleared the cause of the pain in a day or two.

I went to see James for physio as I was suffering with pain and stiffness in my upper back and neck. James was very professional and helpful. After my assessment and some physio, James gave me some exercises to do, which really helped. I would thoroughly recommend James.

I went to see James with some back problems. James quickly diagnosed the issue and addressed it within a few session. Nice, friendly and competent. I will certainly will go back should I have issue again
