So I've been here 3 times now, the first just for a drink and some chips. And I was amazed by the chips, seasoned to perfection, they were great.I then came back with my partner for a proper meal and got the D & G burger and oh my the burger was also cooked amazingly! The whole meal was fantastic.We came again a few weeks later and again I really enjoyed the food. The service was great from the older staff, the gentleman whom assisted us was really lovely and polite. The younger kids who served us were awkward as hell bless them but they're young so you can let that slide.Overall I really like the establishment, it's really lovely inside, the prices aren't too bad and the food is really good!

Arrived with a party of 12, we asked for the bill to be split up into 3 parties the lovely young lady who took the order wrote the orders separately we waited nearly an hour for the food to arrive which when it did arrive was very good, the problems really started when the wairtees came with the bill and said they couldn't split the bill up because it would take too long and they were busy which they were not busy at all, then a very rude older woman came over to the table and stated that whey couldn't split the bill because we were on one table and it would have confuse the kitchen staff but if we wanted to go to the bar she would do it there but by that time we had sorted the bill out ourselves.Will never go back again!!!!

We've eaten out a lot over the years and my partner always gets a burger no matter where we go, here was the first time he has rated it 10/10. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty, compliments to the chef, we all enjoyed our food it was delicious and the staff are lovely, very nice place to eat. We will be back. Thank you! Definitely recommend

Highly recommended, dogs are most welcome and are given a bowl of water without us asking for our dogs. The food was delicious and the mango cheesecake is to due for. Staff very efficient and friendly.

The best Sunday lunch I have had in a long time.The beef was so tender and tastyVeg perfect for me, Yorkshire puddings massive, lots of gravy.Excellent service.Definitely to call again.Doggie friendly.

Met friends there for a drink only. Good selection of gins. Friendly staff. It's a busy pub, so booking is advisable; especially for food. The decor is in keeping with the theme of dogs and hunting and dogs are welcome. A bit too dark inside for me, but that's a personal preference.
