Door was fitted in June 2022 and was not installed correctly after notifying Hassan (Owner) of the issue nothing has been fixed instead the door repairer they sent out ended up damaging the side glass panel and effectively being locked out a number of times they ended up cutting the locks making my house easily accessible for theft. Having an elderly person in the house who needs 24/7 care this is very worrying. After messaging Hassan a number of times with no response and eventually mentioning legal action there still hasn't been any correspondence from the owner. I wouldn't recommend this company at all after promising to replace the door and issuing a compensation I have now asked for a full refund due to poor workmanship.
