Hair secrets did my hair and that of my bridesmaids for my wedding.  I absolutely loved my hair it was exactly what I wanted. The styles lasted all day and looked fabulous! Susan and Beth were lovely and so accommodating. I would highly recommend booking them for any weddings or occasions you have coming up! Thank you so much for doing our hair ❤

Terrible. First off, I showed my stylist a picture of what I was wanting, a soft blond, natural look, I wanted my bleach blonde hair to be softened, the finished look was nothing like what I asked for, the whole experience felt rushed. My stylist (Chloe) was a little annoyed at the fact I hadn't told her I had thick hair, she told me in future when making an appt

I used to go here for nearly 9 years untill they put their prices up. Now over 100 poundes for a cut and highlights. Im afraid thats priced me out and i have found other hairdressers that are just as good without charging the earth.

Hair & makeup done for my sons wedding. It was truly a lovely experience. Staff we're very attentive & made me feel very special. Highly recommended.

I've visited a few times and Kyra has gone above and beyond everytime. She is so help and a lovely person and amazing at what she does. I can't wait for my next visit.

Been using hair secrets for about a year now, and find the salon and the team always helpful and friendly, jasmine does a fantastic job with my nails every time and recently I had an appointment with Shannon for colours and a cut, came away very happy with my new hair do! Will continue to use this salon and can recommend

Excellent. First off, I was new to the area so was looking for a friendly welcoming place. I was invited for a consultation, my stylist (Kyra) read me in an instant and knew what I liked, she was very warm and welcoming, made me feel very comfortable. After a re-schedule, the fantastic Chloe over the phone was able to realign my appointment with my original stylist. I came in for my appointment, even though I was late it was no bother for the staff. My stylist was extremely thorough, she explained to me the process of lifting the ends of my hair and the sort of colour I wanted on the roots. My outcome was better than I asked for and the staff were so accommodating. Every question answered and every need of mine was met, thorough professionalism, supreme creativity and great banter.And I got a hot chocolate… with marshmallows :)
