Regular visitor here. Staff are helpful. Food could be better but for the price theres certainly nothing to complain about. You can get hot, cold and alcoholic drinks from here. They offer blue light card holders discounted bingo Monday to Wednesday which is bingo and a meal for £10. I think they could do with making which cards your playing clearer, first timers unless your doing the electronic boards tend to find it difficult to know what your playing at what time.

Amazing night. Sofia was so good to us newbies. She showed us the ropes, was super friendly and helped us with the games. If this woman isn't a manager yet she definitely needs to be promoted!

Very clean and tidy . The staff are friendly and helpful. Tables chairs and machine's are constantly being cleaned. I feel safe, !t the then safes place to go and have a great time in a safe, friendly and clean/ disinfected environment. thanks to all your staff ,

Clean, enjoyable and well-staffed.All of the staff go above and beyond to make for an exciting and enjoyable evening. Shirley (Host) always goes above and beyond for visitors and always makes for a great visit. Bingo is great fun and there's a nice outdoor seating space too.

Sorry but the place is going down hill. I play the books and it is getting harder to win due to the players with the electronic boards. As a pensioner I can't afford the electronics. I received a voucher for a free coffee and cake but the type of cake I like has not been available for 3 weeks. Lastly I used to play the link up board games but now can't hear what the caller is saying as it is very noisy and the connection is very quiet .

Love buzz bingo and enjoy the slots... THATS IF YOU CAN GET ON THEM AS THERE ALWAYS RESERVED and thats from arriving till closing and always the same nanna has hogged them. Food is a BIG NO from me too. Its absolutely vile. Staff friend and place is always clean and tidy

Fabulous place. Brilliant helpful and happy staff. They have a great selection of food on the menu. They also have a drinks and dessert menu and there are some great deals on offer. There is lots of space and plenty of access for disabled people. They have a smoking area which is great. You can go out and still play bingo or the slot machines while out there. Table service is also available from the fabulous staff. Birthday, Stag and Hen parties can be booked also.There is a big car park right out side and it also a few minutes walk away from the Metro Centre and it has great transport links which stop right outside. Brilliant place to go and enjoy yourself with or without friends and family as a warm friendly welcome is always guaranteed.

Love coming to the bingo. Positives are nice friendly helpful staff. Clean premises, and social distancing. Today it was sad to see how empty it was 8th June . Negative to us today is the extremely long break they are still having (30mins ) between main bingo. We were fed up with this so hardly enjoyed the last half. Is anyone listening?
