My second visit to powells today, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, would highly recommend.

Could not fault my experience from start to finish. I had a bespoke engagement ring made with the help of the team in Powells and it could not of turned out any better. The attention to detail and helpful, informative staff had made the experience enjoyable throughout. After the proposal the ring needed adjusting and they had been so accomodating adjusting the ring in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend and would use in the future for any jewellery shopping.

The staff at Powells of Prestatyn are always so attentive and helpful. Their products are stunning too! I have multiple pieces of jewellery from Powells and it always lasts so well. I once returned an unwanted gift and they provided me with a gift voucher which I was so grateful for. They are a community-led company with the local community at heart, and have made a donation towards a local theatre company which is supporting local cancer charities. I couldn't recommend Powells jewellers enough! (Special shout out to Jonathon - thank you!)

The staff at Powells are exceptional with good knowledge of their jewellery.We chose our wedding rings for our summer wedding last year. We weren’t hurried and let us take our time in choosing our ideal ring. Unfortunately my ring had to be repaired after a couple of diamonds had fallen out; this was dealt with efficiently. Again after a few months the claw settings had completely broken off and returned. The ring couldn’t be repaired but replaced under their guarantee. This time I chose a different setting we had to add a little extra to the original one and was happy with my choice, touch wood all seems to be good. I had a pair of beautiful pearl earrings for Christmas from my husband from Powells.William, Sophie and the manger couldn’t have been more than helpful and accommodating.You were made to feel special my their consideration and attention.We throughly recommend Powells of Prestatyn.Aloma and Steve Pendlebury
