I will give 2 stars iam really unhappy with the customer service,i went for the head massage with my own hair oil and for the under arms,i have asked 2 days before from one of the staff nazia how much do u charge for head massage if i bring my own oil she replied £10,but today when i went i sat down for head massagewithout asking the price when it was time for payment i gave £20 and i was waiting for £5 return,staff karishma said no its £15 because i have done 15 mins massage ,she never asked me how many mins massage do u need, i asked where in the brochure written £10 for 10 mins,but she was not accepting,it made me really unhappy its not that it is a big amount but because thier rate changes when u r done with the treatment,i was thinking to recommend to my friends but never,iam very very dissappointed even the head massage was not a professnol one.iam sorry to give this review.

Had today a balayage and colour correction, received amazing service from all staff, very clean environment, very professional staff. My hair was extremely damaged before I walked into the store, after all my treatment and colour my hair looks alive and extremely healthy. The blend of the colours is also amazing. Definitely recommend this place also very affordable ! Thank you so much for your service extremely happy. Before leaving the store I have received already many complements from the customers in store.
