Merrick House

Continued anti-social behaviour in the Merrick house complex, been going on for months... Have repeatedly told management that the door can simply be kicked in, allowing them to enter. Management refuses to consider this and simply says don't open the door when someone random rings"

The locality is nice. Hallmark maintains the place pretty neat and well. However there are social issues owing to random kids coming in from nearby locations and damaging properties.

This place is not for 5 people .It has two small double beds and a sofa ( not sofa bed ! )Bedding that was provided for the sofa was stained badly .The bathroom is dated with cracked tiles on the floor .There are no plugs provided for the kitchen sink , bath or basin.We reported all of these things as was very disappointing for us all .Which they tried to say that we caused the stains to the bedding and there was no broken tiles .Even though we sent them a screen shot of another complaint about their apartment stating the same issues but over a year ago .Ii would highly recommend not to use this place as its dated, dirty and disgusting!Oh and was offered £10 compensation!!!!
