This company has all the hallmarks of a company in turmoil, messages not answeredadvertised contact number not valid, any one with a financial interest should assess their position.

Crooks - charge an annual fee every single month. No easy way to contact. Attempting to steal money through customer's ignorance.

It's, taken nearly 9 months to get 25% of my pension, lots of duplicate letters and booklets, you are kept on phone for over an hour then get passed from piller to post. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service, stay well clear of Aegon.

Unfortunately invested in this company’s products for over 20 years via a workplace pension. Their performance, especially in recent years has been appalling.

Avoid at all costs. Transferring my SIPP to Vanguard (trying to). Started the process in June, still waiting in mid December. Understaffed so I've given up on hour long phone calls (they did answer but waiting for technical help from other teams). Complained, waited 8 weeks, now with FOS who seem to take a lead from Aegon on admin. Just received an email to inform me a new document is available on my account - surprise, it isn't there! Woeful!

Dyane & Kevin from the Social Media team have been hugely helpful. This is clearly a company who take customer care seriously. They have been friendly, efficient & sympathetic throughout & we really appreciate it! From Linda x

I receive a letter from Aegon via the Dept of works and pensions but as they did not have my current address. I telephoned the number given on their letter to find out what it was about.I gave them my Nat Ins No.I gave them my full nameI gave them my date of birthI called them from Belgium for one and a half hoursThey still require my passport or a certified copyThey still require a bank statement ( original )They would like a pay slip (original) they should know from my date of birth that I don't work any moreThey still require a utility bill ( original )and I don't even know what they have for me or what they want to talk to me about.Would you pay out all the costs associated with providing the certified letters when you don't know what they have for you or want from you!!!!!WHAT SORT OF COMPANY IS THIS

My isa funds have dipped since the day I invested, some time ago. They creep up a few pounds, periodically, then dip by hundreds of pounds. Aegon still takes its charges off. Absolutely dire fund performance.Avoid, avoid, avoid

Utterly appalling - they refuse point blank to answer calls, even after 8 minutes. What's the point of a company that declines all communication? Run away from these guys ..
