Nicks Kit Army Surplus Store

Extremely rude man!I parked outside his shop for 1 hour. When I parked up the shop was closed, when returning to my car I found that my mirror had been pushed out of place and there was a sign reading ‘muppet’ stuck on my window screen with duct tape. I initially went into the store to apologise to the man and to inform him he had marked my window screen, his reply was ‘what a shame’. Extremely rude, unprofessional and awful choice of wording.Hello Nick, thanks for your reply.I think this is a slight exaggeration, my tyres were slightly on the pavement and this was purely to allow access for cars to move up and down the road freely as there were also cars parked on the other side of the road. I was in the coffee shop next door, if you would have come in and voiced your concerns before very immaturely sticking a sign on my window screen I would have politely moved my car.I’m hoping you also have audio recordings as the first thing I said when I walked into your shop was ‘sorry’. I would have hoped if people were almost killed I would have heard a cars horn from the window I was sat next too.Please feel free to chase your concerns up with the police and council.I’m not sure exactly what you would be voicing other than I parked slightly on a pavement for an hour and apologised as soon as I realised it had caused inconvenience to your business.Take care

Extremely impressed with the service I received. Nick was very welcoming and helped with all queries I had. He took his time to go through the kit options he had in store. I will definitely be recommending to everyone and I will be returning soon:)

Went to get some greens and can only say what a polite , professional and very knowledgeable chap sorted us out with a complete kit. Kit was of excellent quality and am very pleased with both service and quality .

Really friendly and helpful. The young man helping kit out my daughter with greens, was really polite, respectful of her privacy and her personal space.

My husband loves the waterproof clothes from here. As does a lot of dog walking and doesn't get a day off just because it's raining so gets his outdoor stuff from here. Nice chap nick too. Big thumbs up.

I went to the shop to purchase some items for my son, as a total novice I did not know what I was looking for , the shop staff introduced themselves and made me feel at ease straight away and helped me to purchase the correct items needed. Very professional service given by both nick and Kieran , very polite, friendly and welcoming, will definitely be returning to this store and will definitely recommend it to others thank you so much for a lovely experience
