Prices may be cheaper than some other companies but quality is the worst carpet lost its shape and colour within two months and to top it up extremely Rude and non professional staff .

Good range at good prices...my hubby and I had a bit of an allergic reaction to one of the carpets we bought and after notifying JWC were told they would replace it even though it was by then cut and laid. It settled down after a week or so and we decided it didn't need replaced after all..the staff are great and we were very happy with their response and overall service.
