Fab Homes

I have stayed at an accomodation in North London managed by FabHomes for about a year. Everyone at FabHomes as been exceptionally responsive and friendly. The rent prices are relatively cheap for london when you compare with other agencies and the they offered 2-3 times a week cleaning service which made sure that the premises were always in good condition. Special thanks to Jitesh and Joanna for looking after me during my stay. Would definitely recommend contacting them to anyone looking for accomodation in London.

We have used Fabhomes for just under 10 years. Through this period we have undergone two large scale renovations, both of which have been dealt with exceptionally well by Fabhomes and with very little hassle on our part. The staff are dedicated and you feel a genuine personal touch, especially when there are issues with tenants or renovations. I personally get the feeling that they are happy to earn their fee but look after your interests too - unlike many rouge agents who are only in it to bleed as much out of the landlord (and tenants) as physically possible! I always have been and continue to be extremely satisfied with Fabhomes and would thoroughly recommend them.

I spent more than 3 years living in a home in north London managed by Fabhomes and I can only say good words about them. Very professional agency, they always answered to my emails in short time, the housekeeper always come 2 or 3 times a week. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a room or a home in London, and I definitely contact them in case I'll come back to London.

We've been renting a property with this agency for 5 years without issues. Fees charged are fair. Maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and without fuss. I recently advised that our washing machine wasn't working and they arranged an engineer for the same day.Izabela is fantastic, answers promptly and always follows the job through. Other staff aren't always quite up to her standards but overall I've never had major issues.

Students avoid!! We had to dispute our deposit and won the case against them!!Staff are rude & they try to cheat the system. They sent over one of their own office workers to do the moveout inspection rather than an independent party. This worker was clearly unqualified and threatened us with several claims which then they retracted one we began stating our rights. They claimed we were responsible for damage in the home which existed in the move in inventory. Eventually they tried to charge us £444 for repairs and after dispute, our deposit protection scheme said we only were oblidged to pay £44!

I am so grateful for all the years my Family and I have been with Fab Homes. On the rare occasion that i have needed Something Fixed or looked into Izabella and her team have Responded Quickly and Gotten on Top of it. The communication from day one has been amazing. She is one of Those people who can be very professional and efficient without coming across as a Robot. There is a rare Warmth and exceptional kind of customer service that they bring To the table Always.

Fab Homes lives up to its name. I found the company to be very professional - all queries were dealt with promptly and helpfully - and the people warm and friendly. One thing that stands out is that when I moved out, they returned my deposit without quibbling and did not look for excuses to keep any of it. That shouldn't be a big deal, of course, but in 25 years of renting in London, Fab is the first letting agent I've encountered that has been so totally straightforward and helpful at every turn. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent in their area.
