Not professional. Poor workmanship

The team from JJ were brilliant. I’ve never met plumbers more professional, more helpful, and more willing to go the extra mile. While they were here they even fixed the downstairs loo and bled the radiators, no charge! They went out of their way to fit us in, even though we were a relatively small job and they were busy. Can’t compliment them highly enough.

Rang on an emergency basis as I was experiencing a huge leak in my house. I wasn't taken seriously on the phone, was asked who are you? Was even asked did I own the property!! Was basically told try somewhere else. Woman was very unprofessional and very unhelpful on the phone. I certainly will never contact here ever again. As a business owner myself I'm shocked and disappointed with how the first line of contact went. Whoever answered the phone is letting down the team. Not a reliable service I wouldn't recommend to anyone

I have used J J Mallon Plumbing & Heating on a number of occasions and I have found them to be consistent, reliable and professional in all my dealings with them. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
