Driver refused to take me due to having a dog. Never had this experience on a taxi before. Never mind that's fine, I said that was a shame because I was running late and its my birthday. What upset me is the driver rang the office to say I'd called her a freak. I absolutely did not nor have I ever said such a thing to someone before. Totally bizarre and very hurtful.

Highly recommended. After a nightmare with a local taxi firm at home, on our way to the isle of wight, the service from Ryde taxis couldn't have been any better. Friendly helpful staff both on the phone and the driver. Turned up on time and got us to our destination promptly. Thank you

Went from Ryde to Whitecliff Bay. Smooth ride and the driver helped us get the buggy on to the bus. My daughter who is normally travel sick was not on this occasion which is a bonus!

I had to be taken into Hotel the driver was wonderful I had to do by taxi because of a 5 hour wait for an ambulance when we got there he told me wait and went in and got me help

Most of the carpark is empty and so is the pick up point but this taxi parks across the parent and child spots in the rain. Making it difficult to park with the kids. Just another example of them thinking they own the road and park wherever they like.

Service provider was reliable. Their hours of operation are not limited, very flexible as compare to others.Driver was at my place on time. The car was very comfortable, spacious and warm enough inside. Driver was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Ryde Taxi
