My brother and I had a fantastic day out on these e-bikes. Neither of us had used them before, we really enjoyed it - makes cycling fun and we went much further than I expected. Toby was really reassuring and informative on the local area, especially the pubs for a lunch spot. We’re looking forward to doing it again next he visits. Highly recommend!

We had a great time renting e bikes from Toby. He really looked after us and ensured everything went smoothly. The bikes were in great condition and Toby gave us the perfect route to follow. Can’t recommend Salcombe Bike Hire enough!

Very prompt answer about booking for Toby. Nice flat bar ebike with shimano steps motor made the hills around salcombe possible, although pedalling was still definitely required. I did two hours of hilly riding and battery still 3/5 , which as a heavy guy I was amazed. Very comfortable and hassle free.Very good experience

Honestly one of the nicest dudes, bikes are in really good condition. He shared a route with me on Strava that was absolutely beautiful and a really good way to see the estuary. Couldn't recommend salcombe bike here more. Good prices and a good dude!

We had a great experience renting e-bikes from Toby. He provided helpful tips for routes and lunch stops. The e-bikes made getting up the hills a breeze! Highly recommended.

We hired two of Toby's excellent e-bikes for a day last summer. We had a great time exploring the very hilly countryside between Salcombe and Thurlestone. We saw beautiful places we couldn't have reached on our own touring bikes, given that we are not quite as fit as we used to be. The bikes were easy to handle and Toby was very helpful.

Bikes were fantastic. Collection was really convenient with the location by Island St. and dropping off was flexible.You would have to be a VERY keen cyclist to taken the hills around Salcombe on a normal bike. The E-Bikes we hired meant we could enjoy a 20-25 mile ride with a great lunch halfway and not be wrecks at the end.Would highly recommend Salcombe Bike Hire if you are in the area!

We had fabulous service from Toby and a great Adam’s cycling. The electric bikes were superb and made the hills easy! Would definitely recommend and look forward to using GoVelo again.
