Adele went above and beyond when it came to my questions about the used car I was buying. We were traveling from 2 hours away as the car was exactly what we were after and we hadn’t found anything locally. She made sure everything was ready in advance for a quick handover. Cannot fault the excellent experience received from the whole of the Snows Toyota staff at Plymouth, especially Matt. What an absolute gentlemen. He delivered everything he said he would. He was kind, understanding and not pushy in any way. We would highly recommend Snows Toyota to anyone looking for a new car and for all the service requirements that go with owning a car. Caught them more than once trying to charge me for work they had not carried out. Every service I noticed I was being charged for washer fluid, even though I filled it up in the morning and took a video of me doing it. Reported it to them and yet, two services later, they try to play the same trick. Washer fluid is only £5 on the bill, it is not the money, it is the statement of behaviour that is significant. What else have they charged for and haven't done. How many hundreds of customers over the years have also paid £5 for nothing...Also, shared my personal data against my wishes over a three year period. Defended themselves by assuming I knew, wrongly, I didn't. Received just a 'yes, we made a mistake'. No payment of claimed damages, not even a GOGW...

I bought a car southampton branch at the end of August online. Got sent a video of the car it looked absolutely lovely, the guy constantly returned calls and WhatsApp messages, sent me all the paperwork online the car was delivered to me. Lovely car but four weeks after receiving it, my clutch pedal didn't spring back up and I was loosing brake fluid. Took the car to a garage I have used for a while, they said it's the slave cylinder leaking it needs a new clutch. Rang snows and WhatsApp this guy no reply, next day spoke to someone else he said he would pass on a message and speak to his boss sales manager surprise surprise still no call. When my husband rang to tell them what had happened and that the car had only gone 806 miles not interested at all absolutely disgusting customer service the warranty company they use my garage warned me are one of the worst to deal with. So after spending nearly £15000 iam facing a bill of £1254.56 to get my car back on the road and this was supposed to be a nice treat for me.DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS GARAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING

The service I received from this dealership was excellent. My new car was delayed but I was constantly updated by the friendly, professional and friendly sales staff. I am very pleased with my new hybrid car - it's beautiful and a pleasure to drive.

I purchased an Audi A4 Avant from Snows. The car was delivered as promised. On drop off unknown to me there was only 1 key.I was sent a useless key 2-3 weeks later.I took it to Bristol Audi who tried to code it, but not successfully. I was charged £100. I have chased Snows numerous times for a refund for this cost and to also pay for a new key. They have ignored every message. Very poor service, very unprofessional. Do not buy from this Garage
