My son just brought a car from Mark at Auto sales @ Cannock. A very Genuine car seller for sure. Mark made sure the car was fully safe and ready for collection. We are very pleased with the service we had and the after service is very much recommend too. Awful Team.I've left this review following atrocious work by Mark at Cannock.We purchased a car from the Bilston team, where everyone worked very hard to keep customers happy. Chris was wonderful and took his time answering all of my questions, working with low staff levels to support a test drive. But the car was on the lot at Cannock.Drove to Cannock to test drive the car, where Mark has 0 interest in helping stating you bought the car from Chris... he should have come with you for the test drive".... Mark stated he was understaffed and his colleague was with a client. We OFFERED TO WAIT... to solve this issue... to which Mark recited "No

Purchased my first Suzuki from Autosales. It is one of the few car dealers that I have been to that did not apply pressure to complete a sale. Mark the sales man was very helpful and knowledgable about Suzuki cars. I choose a Ignis. To meet my needs. I picked up the car on the day as agreed financing was explained. I would certainly recommend these dealers to anyone.
