Cawsand Beach
Beautiful hidden gem of a beach! Lovely stands and rock pools to explore! Ice cream van and paddle boards to rent. Small enough to keep an eye on the kids but big enough to let them explore. Parking will be difficult I’m summer, but it’s definitely worth a visit!

Very pretty little sand beach, cafe also available for good coffee. Parking available about half mile up the road with pay and display. Very narrow roads around the town. But well worth it. Don't forget costumes, and stand up boards. No waves so perfect for relaxing

Love this place, its well sheltered and easy to get to. On a nice day its generally quite calm. The views are brilliant you can see out towards Plymouth sound or out to sea. Its a shingle beach but don't be put off as its still quite nice.

Cawsand Beach
Beautiful shale/sandy beach in a small cove with rockpools, quiet ( for Cornwall) and very family friendly with great disabled access. Very calm sea, with no big waves, ideal for swimming. Ice cream van, bar, cafe and bakery and clean toilets ( including a disabled one) right on the beach. Very exciting seeing the beach ferry landing on the beach. Best Cornish beach we've found for disability access. Very clean. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hidden gem of a village. The beach is a pebble on so waterproof shoes/flip flops help. Can be very very busy during holidays. Perfect in the early mornings and evenings.

Cawsand Beach
Beautiful little beach, virtually unspoilt, with a direct connection from the Barbican ferries that run regularly from Plymouth, although we tend to hop across by bus from Torpoint, takes about half an hour. There's not too far to walk to get into the water and it is cool enough for wild swimming. A lot of seaweed and flotsam when I last went which made swimming difficult and meant going out much farther in order to avoid. Excellent restaurant right beside the beach. The walk up and down to Kingsand is a joy, with some very special views out to sea and the coastline.

This is little gem of this part of English coast. Very small beach but with amazingly clear water and dust of sand . It is very opposite to the rest of coast line here and maybe that is why this place stands out so vividly . I took a little boat from Plymouth which after arriving here parked exactly on the beach ;) it is a little paradise . Around you have small coffee shops , toilets and little up the street on the left starts southwest coast path which leads up the hill through beautiful forest . I had wonderful time here .
