Terrible customer service, I certainly would not recommend this company. My 5 year old tested positive for covid a week before his party and this company would not let me move our booking by a few weeks. Instead they asked me to pay twice for the costume.

Hired a costume for grandchilds 2 birthday and arrived in good time and in great condition. Clean and tidy. Communication was really friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending them and will use again when have a need. Thank you Hannah.
