Booked online for a van next day as needed for business. Clearly tells you online what’s vans are available and which aren’t, to then get a call just before 8am on the day of rental to say they have no vans available.This has now affected my business for the day and we cannot operate.excuse was they have a big Amazon account that still doesn’t explain why I could select a can and pay for it when other vans weren’t available.

Absolutely shocking service ordered online, went to pick up car for holiday got turned away after traveling an hour on the bus they said can't give you car as we can't verify your address so you need a credit card to pay deposit I said I can use debit they were so unhelpful to me I went to practical hire havant had to get taxi there and still haven't received my refund I would avoid these fraudsters !!!!!

Really great experience for the whole week I rented a car. Really satisfied with service and impressed with the car I was provided with, as well as Charlotte on the service desk being able to extend my rental even though it was due back for another customer within an hour. Defo will use again.

Shocking. Booked hire car received confirmation and even told to arrive and Enterprise were expecting me not only by phone but also email. Told 2 minutes before arriving in a taxi that there was no car for me. Now missed very important meeting and potential new business contract as unable to stress tomorrow. Really bad. Pay more and use a family business who go that extra mile.

Hired a van to move furniture into storage.Good welcome in reception from two friendly and professional members of staff. Given a walk around check of a Transit 3.5 t van, which was nearly new and in good order. Full mutual van check conducted and damage agreed. It was explained that this branch ran a like for like on fuel for the hire.The van was excellent.The vehicle was returned later in the afternoon, and the return procedure was quick and friendly.Highly recommended.

Big Mix-up between my company and Enterprise, our newly designated preferred choice for hiring vehicles for company business. Booking online completed & confirmed with ease, but when i arrived to collect the vehicle there wasn't one available, & no company contact details on their system. For personal hire... great!!
