Lovely place! Highly recommend their body scrubs and solid shampoos! Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely will come back again :)

I’m going to review the features within this store and then give my overall review. Starting with:Customer service: I’ve had my fair share of good customer service before, but I think this store has some of the friendliest customer assistants I’ve seen in London so far. Not only were members of staff friendly and welcoming, but they were also very attentive and provided great guidance regarding the plethora of products in the store and on display. As this was my first time within the store, this experience pretty much cements my positive outlook towards the store.Products: This store is deceptively small. From the outside it looks pretty small, but once you take a step inside you’ll see how JAM PACKED with cosmetic goods ranging from simples soaps and bath bombs to solid perfumes, scrubs, conditioners, etc. To try and list it all would be a futile attempt, but based on what I saw, it seems like they’ve pretty much got everything they sell online within the store. Furthermore, the products they have are phenomenal to say the least. Not only do they smell good and are actually good for you, but they’re hand-made, organic and cruelty free – I mean honestly the list goes on…no really, it does, check they’re website if you don’t believe me.Atmosphere/Look: Whether you know what this store is about or not – there’s no denying how eye-catchingly beautiful it is. The store’s exterior is only overshadowed by its interior beauty as its extensive range of vibrant cosmetic products make for a sweeping colour scheme that is nothing short of delightful.Summary:I have nothing but good things to say about this store and honestly I’d highly recommend it – their products are a great alternative to ones offered in other store and well worth every penny.

Wow what an amazing store and customer service. They even game me a fantastic cream as a gift. Poppy was so knowledgable and was able to recommend exactly what I needed. 100 % will be back soon! Thank you so much for the fantastic experience!!

So after Googling here and reading the reviews I surprised my wife with a visit to this store which I'm so glad we visited. The staff really do make this shop and the girls are so helpful, friendly and so knowledgeable. As we entered we were greeted with a warm smile and a hello from the assistant. My wife straight away picked the assistants brain for a certain style bath bomb and she was blown away with the response. I would go as far as to say this is one of those places where customer service is really up there with such high standards. Plenty of bath bombs, creams, bath oils and sprays to choose from. Nothing seemed a problem for these girls even going as far as to demonstrate a bath bomb in action for my wife. I would highly recommend a visit to here.

I've had the pleasure of interacting Candy at the St Pauls branch. Words can only speak volumes in relation to her in depth knowledge and listening abilities. Not a surprise she has been with the Lush for over 10 years and gradually climbed the ranks to the coveted Store manager. I encourage everyone to find her if possible as her knowledge on skincare products is second to none, especially if you have Sensitive and easy irritable skin like me. I also really appreciated the bar gifted in response to my recent issue. Overall, the experience I felt was the same as the brand name itself. Cheers Candy!

I had an exceptional shopping experience at Lush. Huge kudos to Cheryl, the shop assistant with a sleeve tattoo. From the moment we entered the shop, she welcomed us with a radiant smile on her face and provided outstanding advice. Throughout our visit, she consistently checked in on us, offering assistance whenever needed. Her willingness to go above and beyond was evident, especially with the numerous free samples she generously provided. Cheryl's exceptional service deserves recognition - please promote her for her outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction!

Attended a hen do party at this LUSH store. It was really well organized and we all had such a great time. Loved making the bubble bars and playing all the different games. Staff were really accommodating (really sorry but I can’t remember names - but Sat 27 Aug), and really joined in the fun with us. Bride was very happy so big smiles all round. Thank you!

Just amazing! No words can describe how surprised I was when I got home and finally looked into the bag. We paid for 4 item in the store and little that I knew until I looked later on this evening that there’s 6 items in the bag and a lovely little ‘kindness pay it forward’ card inside. This is so sweet and kind of her in so many ways.At the point of paying, Poppy asked if I brought anything for myself and of course being a mum of 2 young girls, I did not and said I’m just happy with my pret. So this gesture of kindness means so much to me it’s unbelievable!THANK YOU SO MUCH POPPY!Lovely Poppy welcomed me and my daughter at this store. We were looking at the bath bombs for my daughters and she introduced us to the bubble bar which are amazing and demonstrated it to my daughter and I. Yes it sold me as there’s no plastic bottles involved, just breaking a bit of the bar and crumbling it into running water forming the bubbles and colour. Poppy was so patient with my 7yr old daughter with the demo of bubble bar it’s so sweet.We will definitely revisiting this store again!

I received a LUSH e-voucher for my birthday. I don't usually shop there, so I ventured in not knowing what I was going to get. With so many things to choose from, I really was stuck. I got helped by the manager and selected my items. At the til, my voucher wasn't registering. The manager rang up the LUSH team to find out what could be the problem and it was sorted out. I am really grateful that her knowledge helped me picked items, and that she did not make me feel like a burden when the voucher didn't initially work. Thank you for such a positive experience
