This firm were recommended by my estate agency and they were superb. Lindsay at the office, provided solid advice and support throughout the process. The surveyor, Andrew fully explained the home report process. The report itself, which I found to be detailed and accurate, was completed within a day. Well done Shepherds. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Shepherd surveyors were great from the start. Turned up early, got to work and were fast at providing our home report.Would highly recommend.

Be very weary of using this company in future the house that I was buying these muppets done the home report on the house that I was buying and also the mortgage lender that I used. Instructed these muppets to do their own valuation to be carried out so they phoned me instead of phoning the estate agent so the surveyor can out to the property I meet him their and that’s when I asked if they phoned the estate agent to get the keys to be told no they thought I had the keys so that was a day off work for no reason clowns anyway further on they managed to send another surveyor out to do the house himself I was told I didn’t need to be their so he went out done his valuation and a couple of days later my broker got a call from the lender to say that they won’t lend on the property because of the kitchen was needing renewed and plus they valued the property £5k less than the other surveyor did 5 weeks previously anyway 4 weeks in I have to go to a new lender all because of these clowns and go back all through the process utter clowns Shepards I wouldn’t touch with a barge pole

Very poor wording within Survey which led to the sale of my property falling through, and as a consequence more solicitor fees. STAY CLEAR! We eventually got the home report from when we bought the house to allow us to sell as the HDC surveyor had mentioned historic conversions.

i would just like to say i have used shepherd for valuations on propertys and have had no bother from start to finnish would recommened them to anyone who is buying or selling both the girls i had dealt with at the start were 100% professinal they were lindsay and lee-anne the time that i was given for appoinments were spot on and everyone always turned up on time would just like to say thanks again
