This company was chosen as Richard Eglington turned up exactly as promised to provide quotation for our front door. He also provided the quotation within 48 hours and would respond to any queries.The installers were extremely knowledgeable and hardworking with a good friendly communication style. Their standard of workmanship & installation was absolutely first class (from start to finish).I would, without hesitation, recommend this company to any prospective customer as absolutely delighted with the excellent service we have received from Polycastle Windows & Doors.

Polycastle Fitted some upstairs windows 3 years ago, great service at the time.A handle got jammed in the bathroom so I phoned and asked if someone could come out and have a look. The lady who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful and called me back minutes later to book an appointment the next day.It took just minutes to fix when he arrived the next morning, he replaced the handle and took the rubbish away even though I offered to take it.Great service when they were originally fitted and fantastic after care, would recommend.

Previously purchased products from Polycastle and were pleased with them. Used company again to purchase new door and window but quality doesn't appear to be as good. Both window and door required new locking systems within 2 years of purchase and letterbox also broken a year later!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Polycastle for about 20 years, beginning with the instillation when we first moved in.There is no hard sell, just honest quotes, excellent service and a friendly attitude.This afternoon proved it.A broken handle on an opening light. One phone call, a trip to Cooke Road, job sorted.Forget Safestyle, Everest and the rest. If you need upvc and double glazing in Suffolk and Norfolk go to Polycastle.I cannot recommend them enough!

Fitter was Roger, arrived on time. Did a really good job on my door this morning. I am very pleased with the service I have had from Polycastle, a loose seal on the bottom of the door was attended to efficiently and swiftly.

Replacement conservatory at Bradwell. Very pleased with the whole experience from sales through to installation. Given good sound advice on type of conservatory. Installation, started and finished on time to a very high standard exceeding our expectation. Would recommend without hesitation.
